Sitting too much is Dangerous

“Many people are under the misconception that exercising regularly will combat the effects of sitting still for long periods of time but that is not the case.”  Sitting too much whether it be at work or at home can cause a list of issues, including:

  1. Headaches
  2. Nerve Compression
  3. Lumbar Disc Issues
  4. Poor Leg Circulation
  5. Faster Aging
