Chiropractic Family Center will contact your insurance company once you have brought in your insurance card in order to check eligibility and chiropractic benefit coverage. Please call the office at (732) 920-8188 for more information. Most insurance companies’ chiropractic coverage benefits do not require a PCP referral for chiropractic care. If you do not see your insurance on this list please call and let us know because we are always looking to expand our in-network accessibility in order to provide more people with quality chiropractic care.
