3 Quick Posture Exercises

Here are some tips for these simple, quick posture exercises to do every morning…

  1.  Make sure you are flat against the wall with heels, butt, spine and head touching if possible
  2.  Technique is more important than repetition
  3.  Discomfort is normal, but burning pain is not, so proceed at your own pace
Note:  You can do these while sitting or standing.
